Arts Weekend | The Blue Element Project

Project type

Public Art Installation

Date

February 2025

Location

Winter Park, FL

Conceived as an “artistic bridge” between Winter Park’s City Hall and Central Park, The Blue Element was a multi-faceted installation designed to spark curiosity, reflection, and community engagement. Comprised of three interconnected components, this public artwork installation invited residents and visitors alike to pause, contemplate, and celebrate the transformative power of art as they traverse between these iconic landmarks. Opening on February 22, 2025 and remaining on display through Arts Weekend, The Blue Element enriched the city’s cultural landscape by offering a vibrant, interactive experience in both Central Park and on the City Hall front lawn. Through its thoughtful design, the installation underscored Winter Park’s commitment to fostering creativity, community dialogue, and artistic exploration.
